Regen Solar a leading name in solar power installation with over 10 years in business in Sri Lanka, we are looking for experienced sales engineers to join our team.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 -5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar power industry or ELV and Infrastructure Solutions.

We offer an attractive above-industrious salary and commission structure, as well as a supportive and rewarding work environment. Advance job-related training will be provided by the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up and conclude leads given by the
  • Generate and qualify leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Close sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • At least one to two years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar power industry.
  • Valid driving license and own motorbike or vehicle (advantage )
  • Excellent communication English & Singhal (Tamil advantage) and interpersonal skills

You’ll be in charge of developing our sales strategy and goals, training and assessing our sales force, collaborating with sales managers, and ensuring that we create new and recurring business from various customer segments. Responsibilities:

 

  • Design sales a strategy to meet company’s financial goals, create marketing deliverables, and develop an annual sales forecast by analyzing market data in both Domestic and Commercial scale markets
  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns to achieve company’s market share in key segments, and handle advertising activities with internal & external teams
  • Deliver previous and upcoming week’s sales activity reports, as well as monthly sales performance reports, and liaise department managers to keep them up to date on all SOLAR sales-related activities
  • Create methods to help the sales team reach and surpass monthly SOLAR market penetration targets to secure orders and achieve company’s overall revenue goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that maintain high levels of Appointment Closings and escalate profitability with inter-department coordination
  • Generate new leads and revenue by using a targeted outbound sales strategy that includes personal calls in your network, phone solicitation to domestic clients, and other groups or corporates.

Qualifications:

 

  • Must be able to use basic computer software including Microsoft Office and Power Point
  • Must have relevant experience of 5+ years as a senior sales professional, preferably Solar Rooftop business but not a must
  • Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills
  • Displays a proven track record of sales success by lead-generation and securing targeted business volumes
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Must be willing to go out and do client presentations
  • Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate some evening and or weekend appointments with clients
  • Must be willing to do virtual meetings for clients or team training where necessary
  • Bilingual – fluent in Sinhala/English (Ability to converse in Tamil would be advantages)
